Dan's Italian Scrambled Eggs:

Take 4-6 large eggs & scramble in a bowl with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk or 1/2 & 1/2.

Butter a large high-sided frying pan. (Or sub Smart Balance margarine)

Pour scrambled eggs in pan on medium-low heat, not stirring.

Sprinkle three generous handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the eggs.

Sprinkle a generous amount of McCormick Italian Seasoning herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, sage mix) evenly over top of eggs.

Sprinkle a light amount of paprika evenly over eggs.

Sprinkle a light amount of cumin powder evenly over eggs.

Sprinkle a light amount of garlic powder evenly over eggs.

Onion powder is optional. So are celery flakes.

Stir with a non-metal (wood or hi-temp safe plastic) spatula until eggs are fully-mixed and fully-cooked.

Serve immediately. Serves 2-3 people.
