 Holidays Around
the World In this class, we will learn about how different countries around the world celebrate winter holidays. We will talk about Kwanzaa, Diwali, Hanukkah, Las Posadas and Christmas. We will read a story and make a holiday craft. Ages: 3-5 years Date: Tuesday, Dec. 16 Time: 11:00-11:45am Fee: $8/resident; $10/non-resident Location: Preschool Room |
 Winter Catch Let's try to catch some sun rays! We will be painting sun catchers with all different types of bright colors to catch the sun! Don't forget to wear your play clothes we could get messy! Ho, ho, ho! Come visit with Santa Claus himself as he makes a special stop at the York Center Park District to visit with all the good boys and girls. He will be available to take pictures, hear your Christmas wishes, and will even read a story during the event. The YCPD preschool program will also be having a special performance right at the start of the event. Activities and light refreshments will be available.
