Why the Housing Recovery is Nearly Homeowner-Less

*So a few corporations are buying up thousands of single-family homes and turning them into rentals. In the process, they are - again - artificially inflating property values, keeping them still out of whack with wages, AND competing with the few families in a position to buy homes.
