Lucky Leprechauns

Join us this St. Patrick's Day and get in the Irish spirit! We will make a St. Patrick's Day craft for you to take home and show off for the holiday weekend. We will then finish by enjoying some soda bread.

Father and Son Basketball

This is a night filled with basketball contests that have fathers and sons working together against other father and son teams. Competitions include completing the most free throws, using your shooting skills in arcade basketball, working against the clock in the 60 second shootout, and more. The event ends with pizza, awards, and prizes. This is a great way to spend some quality time with the boys, and have some fun while you're at it! Male chaperones only.

Silly Shamrocks

Join the York Center Park District as we get ready for St. Patrick's Day! We will talk about what shamrocks are and what they mean for this holiday. We will also make four leaf clovers to take home and decorate our house with.

Come dressed in green as we celebrate the Irish's favorite holiday. We will pretend like we are Leprechauns and make a craft and play some games. We will eat corn beef sandwiches and chips for lunch.

All Day Camp

We offer additional care on days when school is closed for holidays and traditional school closing, such as teacher institute days. This program follows similar guidelines as the After School Program, but is offered from 7:30am-6:00pm on days when children do not have school (excluding weekends). We ask that you be prompt at the time of pick-ups, as the program ends at 6:00pm. Campers MUST provide their own lunch and we ask that parents use disposable lunch bags labeled with the child's name. Once again we follow the District 45 calendar and we "fill-in" for most days they do not have school. Note: A minimum of 8 participants is required in order to offer this service.
