Roll Call: Lacking Sufficient Support, House GOP Leaders Delay 'Cromnibus' Vote
After barely winning a procedural vote to bring the spending bill to the floor for full debate and consideration, [Republicans] realized they were in peril of not having enough votes for passage...
The minority party [Democrats] fought back "poison-pill" policy riders rolling back the financial regulatory overhaul laws from the Dodd-Frank Act and loosening some campaign finance rules.
This was never supposed to happen. But progressives chose to fight for big ideas -- and DC insiders are shocked right now.
Several bold progressives are leading today's fight, from Elizabeth Warren to Progressive Caucus members like Keith Ellison, Raul Grijalva, and Barbara Lee.
When progressives in Congress stand up and fight for big ideas like Wall Street reform and campaign finance reform, they deserve our support.

P.S. To be clear, this fight is not over. This very minute, Speaker John Boehner is trying to intimidate a few holdout Republicans into voting yes for this corrupt bill.
Politico reported today, "The Progressive Change Campaign Committee, one of Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren's biggest boosters, urged its members to call on lawmakers to oppose the anti-Dodd-Frank measures." You can still call your representative here! Please do.
