Angry Bird Challenge
Grab your friends and join the YCPD as we challenge each other to a game of Angry
Birds. In this class, we will each build a structure using blocks and toys and then
launch an Angry Bird to see if we can knock it all down. We will be using basic
building techniques and see who can build the best tower! We will also make an Angry
Bird craft to take home and show off to our friends.

Spring Ceramics
Break out those paint brushes and join us for our spring ceramics class. Participants
will get to choose from a variety of different pieces each week to paint. Paint
and brushes will be provided and all pieces will be fired on site in our kiln. Children
will be able to paint up to two pieces each week. Please wear play clothes and short
sleeves as our painting can get messy. Pieces painted on the last week will be fired
and can be picked up on June 12.

Home Run Derby
Hey Batter, Batter, Batter, Batter, Batter, Swing Batter! Show off your baseball
skills at the York Center Park District's Home Run Derby. Each participant will
get 10 pitches to see who can hit the most homeruns. Prizes will be given out for
the most homeruns, and farthest hit.

Night T-ball
Children will be taught the basics of t-ball such as catching, hitting, throwing,
and base running. Participants will learn batting skills by hitting a rag ball off
a tee. All children will receive a t-shirt, and awards. An evening game will be
played followed by an awards presentation and picnic at the end of the season. Each
parent will supply a team snack once during the season. We try our best to accommodate
roster and team suggestions. Due to the number of children we cannot guarantee all
requests.

Blues Busters Summer Camp
You can now register for summer camp online. The one-time family registration saves
your spot for the summer. If you have other children in Munchkins, Blues Busters
or Teen Camp, the one-time family registration fee is still $25.
Blues Busters activities include games, arts and crafts, sports, special events,
swimming, and field trips EVERY Friday.

Angry Bird Challenge
Grab your friends and join the YCPD as we challenge each other to a game of Angry
Birds. In this class, we will each build a structure using blocks and toys and then
launch an Angry Bird to see if we can knock it all down. We will be using basic
building techniques and see who can build the best tower! We will also make an Angry
Bird craft to take home and show off to our friends.

Spring Ceramics
Break out those paint brushes and join us for our spring ceramics class. Participants
will get to choose from a variety of different pieces each week to paint. Paint
and brushes will be provided and all pieces will be fired on site in our kiln. Children
will be able to paint up to two pieces each week. Please wear play clothes and short
sleeves as our painting can get messy. Pieces painted on the last week will be fired
and can be picked up on June 12.

Home Run Derby
Hey Batter, Batter, Batter, Batter, Batter, Swing Batter! Show off your baseball
skills at the York Center Park District's Home Run Derby. Each participant will
get 10 pitches to see who can hit the most homeruns. Prizes will be given out for
the most homeruns, and farthest hit.

Night T-ball
Children will be taught the basics of t-ball such as catching, hitting, throwing,
and base running. Participants will learn batting skills by hitting a rag ball off
a tee. All children will receive a t-shirt, and awards. An evening game will be
played followed by an awards presentation and picnic at the end of the season. Each
parent will supply a team snack once during the season. We try our best to accommodate
roster and team suggestions. Due to the number of children we cannot guarantee all
requests.

Blues Busters Summer Camp
You can now register for summer camp online. The one-time family registration saves
your spot for the summer. If you have other children in Munchkins, Blues Busters
or Teen Camp, the one-time family registration fee is still $25.
Blues Busters activities include games, arts and crafts, sports, special events,
swimming, and field trips EVERY Friday.
