*H1-Bullshit. There are plenty of tech workers that have been laid off in the telecom industry. Try Home1 training them. Most are used to training on the job - they spent their entire careers in telecom doing so. If there's so many US tech jobs open, then help do something about the unemployment rate at the same time you help boost US consumer demand. Oh, wait!
