To my fellow Democrats: Illinois' (and other States') municipal elections typically have very low voter turnout.
IF Democrats turn out in numbers, we can change the landscape under the feet of State and national politics - and the local policy philosophy that has a very direct impact on our own villages, towns, cities, and lives.
