I wonder about finding some way to have the unemployed help in return for food and camping priviledges, and maybe have organic vegetable farming and gardenin/canning classes in some areas, local musicians putting on concerts, collaborate with nearby towns and businesses to have festivals in the parks, ask for volunteers to help repair and rebuild infrastructure...
